B. I~a-rard Incurance. Sc~ lon~ as the OH'ners Associati~n maintains a"master" or "blanket" polic}' on the
Cond~miniur~ Prc~ject which pro~•ides insurance co.•erage aeainst fire, hazards included u~ithin the term "extended
rn~~erape: ' and such other hazards a.c Lender may require, and in such amounts and for ~uch periods as 1_cnder ma)'
req~ire, then:
(i) Lender u~aivcs the pro~~ision in Uniform Covenant 2 for the month~y pa~~ment to Lcndcr ot ~nc-twelfth
of the premium installments for hazard insurance on the Properiy;
(ii) Borrower's obli~ation under L`niform Co~•enant 5 to mnintain harard insurance co~~ere~e on the
Prope,rt~ ic decmed satisfied: and ~
(iii) the prrn~isions in L;niTorm C~~enant 5 re~arding application oi hazard in~urance prckeeds chall be
superseded b~~ an~~ prrn•isi~n~ of the drelaration, b~~-laws, cc~de oi rr~ulations or other con~tituent dcx:ument of the
Cond~~minium Project or of applicable law~ to the extent necessar~~ to avoid a conflict betu•een such pr~~~i~ions and
