J& E HOMES, INC., formerly MYLEE Y.OMES, INC., to strike the lis pendens
or alternatively to transfer the effective~notice of same to cash in an
escrow account, argument of counsel being heard, upon consideration
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the liotion be and the same is hereby
granted, conditi~ned upon the Defendant depositing Six Thousand, Five
Hundred ($6,500.00) Dollars in an interest-bearing escrow account ~
subject to withdrawal on the signatures of counsel for the parties
hereto, or Order of this Court.
