NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
The undersigned hereby gives notice of the commencement of
certain construction pursuant to Section 713.13 of the Florida
Statutes and states the following:
(a) Description of real property to be improved:
Lots 150 and 151 lying North of the Florida East Coast
Railroad right of way, less the West 687.53 feet and ;
less the East 535.94 feet, in MARAVILLA GARDENS, UNIT 3,
St. Lucie County as per~Plat Book 6, Page 62, in~the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. `
The street address of said property is: Edwards Road, Fort Pierce,
Florida. .
(b) General description of improvement: commercial building
(c) Name and address of the owner and his interest in the
