PETITION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE
Petitioner, RICHARD M. ROMIG, as ancillary personal.
representative of the above estate alleges:
l. That the sole asset of this estate consists of
the following described property:
Lot 7, Block 1368, Section 14, Port St. Lucie, St.
~Lucie County, Florida.
2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient, neces-
sary and in the best interest of the estate to sell the
above-described real property in order to facilitate
the administration and closing of this estate.
3. A signed contract for sale from Paul R. Robichaud, _
Jr., conditioned upon court approval, has been received
to purchase the above-described property for cash in the
amount of $1,700.00.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner asks far an order authorizing
~ the sale of the above-described property upon the terms
