- O R D E R
THfIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 8th day June, 1979,
upon the Petition of LELA JOANNA FULLER NEELY to Terminate Voluntary
Guardianship and upon the report of Guardian and amendment thereto and
the Court having.examined the verified Petition and having received
said verified Petition into evidence, and the Court finding that LELA
JOANNA FULLER NEELY is capable of the care,~custody and management of
her estate and that it is no longer necessary for a Guardian to manage
her estate, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:

~ 1. That the Petition of LELA JOANNA FULLER NEELY to Terminate

~ Voluntary Guardianship, be, and is hereby ordered granted and that based
~ upon the renresentation of ELMER LEE ASH, Guardian of the property of
~
LELA JOANNA FULLER NEELY, that the Guardian of the property has not ob-
tained possession of any of the property of the ward, ELMER LEE ASH, be,
and is hereby ordered discharged from his duties as Guardian~of the

property of LELA JOANNA~FULLER NEELY, a and is hereby further
~ ordered that the Guardianship of the pro LELA JOANNA FULLER

NEELY is terminated.
