O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on June 29, 1979
upon Plaintiffs' motion to interview 3urors, and the Court having
heard argument of counsel, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the motion to interview ~urors
is granted.
The ~urors shall be interviewed on Tuesday, July 10,
at 4:00 P.H., -
1979,at Hearing Room 101, St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce,
Florida. The Court will propound the questions ta the jurors in-
dividually, and the scope of the interview shall be limited to
, -
~ the polling of the ~ury as to their verdict, the jurors under-
; standing as to the form of the verdict, and whether any of the -
j
t jurors visited the scene of the accident during the trial. The
~
~ Clerk of the Circuit Court is directed to issue s~ibpoenas Eo .
the jurors in this case for their appearances on the above date.
