Strike and Defendants' Motions to Dismiss, and the Court having
heard argument of counsel and being fully advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

1. That the Defendants' motion to strike be and the same ~
is hereby granted. ~

2. So much of the defendants' moti~n to dismiss for lack

of subject matter jursidiction is granted as relates to Social ~

Security allegations su~h that the plaintiff shall be required ~
to plead regarding any claims related to Social Security with ~
~
specificity, and further that the plaintiff shall be required to 5
€ amend his prayer for relief as so relates to Count III of the ~

! complaint. The remainder of the defendants' motion to dismiss ;

~ for lack of subject matter jurisdiction is hereby denied, and =

` the defendants' r,iotion to dismiss for failure to state a cause of
~ action is hereb denied.
