(State Road #70), excepting therefrom the North 43 feet thereof, in Section 32,
Township 35 South, Range 39 East; ALSO that part of the East 1103 feet of the
East ~ of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) lying North and West of Okeechobee Road
(State Road #70), excepting therefrom the North 43 feet, in Section 31, Township
35 South, Range 39 East, AND
