Upon accekration under puagraph 18 hereol ot abandonment of the Property. Lender shall be entitled to have a
receiver appointed by a oourt :o enter upon. take poasession of and manage the Property and to collcet the renu of the
Property. includiag those past due. All rcnts rnllxte~ by the receiver shall be applie~ firat to payment of the costs of
management of the Propeny and collcction of rents. including, but not limited to. reaiver's fea. premiums on roceiver's
bonds and reasonabk attorney's foas, and then to the sums socurod by this Mortgage. 'Ibe receiver shall be liable to account
only for those nats utually raxived.
21. F~e A~a~c~r. Upon request by Borrower, Lender. at Lender's option withia twenty ytars from the date of this
Idortgage, may make Futuce Advanoes to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with interest thereon. shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evideaced by promissory nota stating that said notes ar~e secured l~ercby. At no time shall tlx principal
amount of the iadebtedaas secured by this Mongage. not i~cluding sums advanoed i~ aocordance herewith to protect the
security of this Mortgage, exoeed the original amount of the Note plus USS. rr--c----r------'
