receiver appointed by a~-ourt to enter upo~. take possession of and manage the Pmperty and to cotkct the rents of the
Property, i~cludina those past due. All rents collected by the roaiver shall be applied first to payment of t1n coats of
management of the Property and collection of rcnts, including, but not Gmited to. roceiver's (as, premiurtu on receiver's
bonds aad reasonabk attorney's fas, and thm to the sums securod by this Mortgage. 'ibe receiver shali be liable to account
only [or those rents actualty reoeived.
21. F~re Ad~ssces. Upon request by Borrower, l.ender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Bomower. Such Future Advanca. with interest thereon. shall be securod by this
Mortgage when evidenoed by promissory notes stating that said notes are securcd hereby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage. not including sums advar~cxd in accordaace herewith to protxt the
security of this Mortgage, excoed the original amounl of the Note plus USS.
22. Reka~e. Up4n payment of all sums securcd by this Mortgage, Lender shall rclease t6is Mortgage without charge
to Borrower. Borrower shall pay all costs of recordation. if any. .
23. Atlorscy's Fees. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note, "attomey's fees" shall include attorney's fees, if any.
which may. be awardod by an appellate court. ~
