THIS ASSUMPTIO*] 1~ND MODIFICATION AGREEMENT is
entered into this 29th day of May ~
19 79 , by and between First Newport Realty Investors,
formerly Alison Mortgage Investment Trust, (hereinafter -
called "Mortgagee")~, Natalie A. Shaw ~
(hereinafter called "Mortgagors", whether one or more-than ~
one), and Michael J. Argeros and Alice G. Argeros
(hereinafter called "Grantees", whether one or more than
one) .
