That the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration to the sum of Ten
Dollars and other good and valuable considerations to them in hand paid by the
said Party(s) of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has -
granted, bargained and sold to said Partv(s) of the Second Part, heirs and assigns
forever, the following described real property, located and situated in the County
of St. Lucie and State of Florida, as follows: .
Condominium Parcel No. 5612 of GOLF VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM as
per the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official
Record Book 302, pages 1250 through 1326, as amended by Certificate
of Amendment, re~orded in Official Records Book 306, Pages 2991
through 3006, all of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
THIS Conveyance is subject to an by accepting this Deed the Party(s) of the

a Florida Non-Profit corporai~ton, the prbvisions of which documents
run with the land. The Grantee(s) assumes the Obligation of inember
of said Property Owner's Association.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall insure to and be binding upon the heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
~ The Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to all the premises hereby conveyed
y against all and every person(s) whomsover, lawfully claiming by, through or under
