Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges , ;
that this purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND
is subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condominium
in which his unit is located and Sxhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same ars attached to.the Declaration of referred to '
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of pro3ected operat~ng budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Ameadments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-LriWS and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges rece~pt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that Qach and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and manage-
ment of the Con,dominium property and ts in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the os~mers therein. Purchaser and all o~mers of parcels in the aforedescribed #
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each~and every provision of said Declar- ~
ation of Condominium and.Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies_and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property O~mer's Association documeats referred to above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purctiaser acknowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property.OWner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiiun parcel being conveyed to
PuTChaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restricitons of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the
obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, ff any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the com~non expenses and the sums due under the Prop~rty Owner's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No karranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
