EXHIBIT "A"
Beginning at a concrete marker on the West line of Government Lot 4, Section
25, Township 37 South, Range 40 Bast, said marker being located 1,042 feet
South of the Northwest corner of said Government Lot 4, on said West line of
Government Lot 4, whose bearing is N 00~01' W; (1) Thence proceed East on a
bearing of N 89°29' E for a distance of 8~20.96 feet to a concrete marker;
(2) Thence continue on previous line fQr a distance of 100 feet,.more•or less,
to the Westerly shore of the North Fork of the St. Lucie River; (3) Thence
meander said Westerly shore in a Southerly direction for a distance of 200
feet, more or less, to a point of intersection of said shore line with a line
parallel to and 200 feet South of the line referied to in Call No. 1; (4) Thence
proceed West on said parallel line whose bearing is S 89°20' W for a distance
of 68 feet, more or less, to a concrete marker; (5) Thence continue on previous
line for a distance of 922.7 feet to a concrete marker located on the West
line of said Government Lot 4; (6) Thence proceed N 00°0' W along said West
line of Government Lot 4 for a distance_of 200 feet to a concrete marker,
said marker being the point of beginning.
