Purchaser, by acceptance and cxecution of this Receipt, aclrnowledges
that this purchase of a condaninium ~u~it at OCEAN ~rILLAGE OF Hll!'(]~INSON ISLAIJII
is subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condominiua
in which his wiit is located and Schibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of pmjected operating budget, copy of sales bmchure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of IncoYporation, By-Laws and peclaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further acl~owledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its .
Exh~bits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclmowledges that each and
every pmvision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
~ ment of the Condominii,Qn property and is in the best interests~ and for the benefit of
all the or+ners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condomuiiua covenant and agree to abide by each and ~very provision of said Declar-
ation of GondominiuQn and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confinas and approves all of the tern~s and pmvisions of said Declaration of Gondo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Association docLanents referred to above and the provisions thereof
~are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association
has encunbered and im~ressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Airchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
-and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assumes the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiun parcel.
Purchaser confirnis that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~un and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the caman e~cpenses and the si.uns due under the Property Owner's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty~is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the_same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
~in said Declaration of-Condaoiniw and the Exhibits attached thereto.
