Such provisions as are incorporated by rsference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 throuqh 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19. 20~ 22~ and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender aqree that all
references to the Property~ Barower~ Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortqage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property~ Borrower~ Lender
and t}ie Note defined herein. Borrower acla~?owledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortqage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and aqree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon raquest by Botrower~ Lender~ at Lender's option within twenty years
from the date of this Mortqage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon, ~all be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are ~ecured hereby. At no tin~e shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
qage. not includinq sums advanoed in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage~ exceed
the orqinal amount of the Note plus US ~
