hereby agree to be bound by the covenanta and agreements contained in Uniform Covenants numbered 1
throuyh 17 and Non-Uniform Covenants numbered 18~ 19~ 20, 22~ and 23 of the master form of mortgage
r~corded in the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county in which the Property is located and _

Such provisions aa are incaporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18~ 19, 20, 22~ and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all ;
referenoea to the Property, Borrower~ Lend~ and Note contained in the above described master form of
mortgage and incorporated by referance h~einto shall be construed to mean the Property~ Borrower~ Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hereby incorporated by refecence into this Mortqage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender~ at Lender's option w~thin twenty years
fmm the date of this Mortqaqe~ may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
intereat thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notea stating that said
