in fact at the time of said Quit Claim Deed Joyce M..McGraw was

Vice-President and Spencer B. Gilbert was Secretary of 729 South
Indian River Drive, Inc.a Florida Corporation and the notary should
have reflected those proper titles instead of the mistaken ones
the acknowledganent.
