WITNESSETH, that the Parties of the First Part, by virtue i
of the power and authority to then? qiven in and by the Last Will
and Testament of HERMAN RUBIN, Deceased, and in consideration of .
the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable _
considerations in ha.nd paid, qrant, bargain, sell, assiqn, release,
convey and confina to the Parties of the Second Part, their heirs, ~
and assigns forever, an undivided 12~8 interest of all that certain
parcel of land lying and befng in the County of St. Lucie, State
of Florida, more particuarly described as follows:
Lots 21 and 22, Block.2, RIVERDALE YACHT CLUB
ESTATES, UNIT 2, according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat IIook 6, page 40 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said property is not homestead of grantors. k
SUBJECT TO:
1. Conditicns, restrictions, reservations, easements
and limitations of record.
2. Taxes for the year 1978 and subsequent years.
3. Governmental 2oning Ordinances.
TOGETHER with the estate which the said Testator had at the
time of his decease and which the Parties of the First Part have i
or had the power to convey or dispose of, or by virtue of the '
said Will or otherwise.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted to the E
Parties of the Second Part, their heirs, and assigns forever. `
