that certain parcel of land lying and beinq in the County of - ~

as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 40 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said property is not homestead of grantors.

1. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and ~
limitations of record. ~
2. Taxes for the year 1978 and subsequent years.

TOGETHER with the estate which saic~ Testator had at the time of
his decease and which the Parties of the First Part have or ha3 the
power of attorney to convey or dispose of, or by virtue of the said
Will or otherwise.
