MORTGAGE DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this day of July, 1979, between '

TURTLE REEF ASSOCIATES, INC., a Florida corporation having its prin- ~
cipal place of business at 10500 A-1-A, Jensen Beach, Florida, here-
: inafter called the "Mortgagor", and ROBERT A. BPPERSON and HAZEN i
KREIS, hereinafter called the "Mortgagees",
• WITNESSETH, that the said Mortgagor, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of One Dollar to it in hand paid by the said Mortga-
gees, the receipt vhereof is hereby acknowledged, granted, bargained
and sold to the said Mortgagees, their heirs and assigns, forever,
the following-described land, situate, lying and being in the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:

and the said Mortgagor does hereby fully warrant the title to said
land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all per-
sons whomsoever. .
PROVIDED, ALidAYS, that, if said Mortgagor, its heirs, lega '
representatives or assigns, shall pay unto the said Mortgagees, thei °
legal representatives or assigns, certain promissory notes dated th
lst day of April, 1976, and the 3rd day of July, 1979, payable~w
d~d with interest and-other terms as shown by the promissory note
copies of which are attached hereto as Exhibits "B", "C", and "D",
and shall pay all sums payable hereunder and perform, comply with
~ and abide by each and every the stipulations, agreements, conditions
~ and covenants of said promissory notes and of this mortgage and shal

~ and all costs and expenses, including a reasonable^attorney's fee,

which said Mortgagees may incur in collecting money secured by this
mortgage and also in enforcing this mortgage by suit or otherwise,
then this mortgage and the estate hereby created shall cease and be
null and void. ~
