he is the County Attorney for St. Lucie County, Florida; that the
former County Attorney, Ralph B. Wilson, executed a Notice of Lien
dated December 2, 1971 and recorded in OR Book 197 at page 1990
and Amended Notice of Lien dated Dec. 2,1971 and recorded in OR Book
197 at page 1990 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County; that
the Willie Simmons against whose property said liens were filed is a
black male, birth date 2-7-25, married and is not Willie G. Simmons,
birth date 10-28-46, sinqle. The Lien is against .the father of Willie.
G. Simmons, both currently residing 709 N. 2 eet, Fort Pierce.
