designated Successor Trustee, petitions this Court for his
appointment of Successor Trustee to 0. G. McWhorter as Trustee,
deceased, and states:
1. O. G. McWhorter aiea November 16, 1978, at Searcy,
Arkansas, and at the time of his death was a resident of I~artin
County; Florida. ~

2. At the time of his death O. G. ~lcWhorter was Trustee ~

under a certain real estate trust agreement on the property i

~ 3. Petitioner as beneficiary and designated Successor
~ Trustee deems it•both necessary and expeditious that a Successor

~ Trustee be appointed to carry out the duties set forth in said 4

trust agreement in order that proper conveyance may be made by
said Successor Trustee in accordance with the instructions of the ~

beneficiaries of the trust as provided in said agreement. ~
4. Attached hereto are written consents of all of the #
