THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into in the form

who have executed this instrument as the owners of the '

as Trustee, herein called Trustee, and between Owr~s and Trustee
and WOODROW KANTNER, as ~eal estate agent for the owners (herein-
after sometimes called Broker) and betweeri the owners and WOODROW
KANTNER as attorney-in-fact for the owners which attorney in fact
is hereinaf'ter sometimes referred to as "Attorney-in-fact",

l. Description oF Trust Property. Owners have pur-
chased or are about to purchase certain lands, title to which i

will be first placed in the name of one of.the Owners and

shortly thereafter conveyed by bim to the Trustee for the
purposes hereinafter-expressed, which lands lie in St. Lucie
