which property is hereinafter referred to as the land.
2. Interest of Owners . Each oP the Owners owns or
will own an undivided interest in the land as a tenant-in-common
~ with the other Owners, sub~ect, however, to the obligations
hereinafter stated. The extent of each Owner's interest is
that set opposite his name in the execution of this instrument
in Section 21 hereof.

3. Obligations of Owners. The land is encumbered or
will be encumbered by two mortgages in approximate total amount of t

$415,250.00 to secure the unpaid balance of the purchase price
being paid by Owners for the land. Each Owner's interest in

~ the Owners covenants to

of all taxes, special assessments, insurance premiums, and

appointed attorney-in-fact for each of the owners with power
of substitution and with the power to represent the owners in
~ all matters concerning the land, and with the power to lease
