Interest of Owners . Each oP the Owners owns or will own an undivided interest in the land as a tenant-in-common ~ with the other Owners, sub~ect, however, to the obligations hereinafter stated. The extent of each Owner's interest is that set opposite his name in the execution of this instrument in Section 21 hereof. . 3. Obligations of Owners. The land is encumbered or will be encumbered by two mortgages in approximate total amount of t ~ $415,250.00 to secure the unpaid balance of the purchase price being paid by Owners for the land.
