~ 19. Termination. This trust shall be terminated when

all of the land is sold; provided, however, if it is not all
sold 20 years fr-om the date hereof, then within a reasonable

time thereafter Trustee shall sell the same and terminate the ~

trust by distributing the assets thereof pro rata to each of
the Owners according to their undivided interests in the lands.

In the discretion of Trustee the sale shall be public or ~
private, in one or more sales, for cash or on terms, and the .
price and terms shall be approved only by Trustee. In order
to facilitate the collection of any purchase money mortgages
given in such saleS, Trustee may take such mortgages as Trustee
for Owners and distribute the proceeds of the mortgage when ~
collected. #
20. Execut~ion of Counter-parts. The execution of
counter-parts of this Trust Agreement by all of the Owners and

by Trustee and Attorney-in-Fact shall constitute this agreement

as a completely executed Trust Agreement as to all of ~he~ ~

~ Owners and Trustee and Attorney-in-Fact even though the signature

i of all such parties does not appear upon a single counter-part.

- 21. Execution by Owners. Owners hereby ~oin in the
foregoing agreement by affiaing their signatures upon counter- .
parts thereof and the designation of the percentage shares
oppcsite Owners' names in this Section 21 states their respective
~ undivi~ed interestis in the land.
