PARCEL C :
Begin at a point on the East Section Line of
Section 22 which is 200 feet North of theSoutheast
corner of Section 22, Township 36 South, Range 40
East; thence run West 337.88 feet to the Easterly
riqht of way line of U. S. Highway ~1; thence run
Northwesterly along the Easterly right of way line
of said U. S. #1 for 174.16 feet; thence run East
418.68 feet to the East line of said Section 22; thence
run~South along said Section line to the point of
beginning; less the South 80 feet~thereof for road
right of.way.
2. That it is necessary to appoint a Successor
Trustee to carry out the duties setforth in said Trust
Agreement.
3. That Consents of all surviving beneficiaries of
said Trust Agreement have been filed with the Court. It is
therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that CARL N. SHEFFIELD be
appointed Successor Trustee under said real estate trust
agreement in lieu and instead of O. G. McWHORTER, Trustee,

~ now deceased, to have all the powers and authority granted .
