tion shall automatically terminate and be of no
further force and effect;
(iv) a massage parlor, adult bookstore, junk yard .
or bar; however, a chain retail liquor store with
attached lounge will be permitted.
~ E. In the event Grantee is in violation of any of ~
the covenants herein, Grantors may, in addition _
to whatever other. remedies they may have at law
or equity erect the barriers referred to in Sec-
tion B above.
