CROSS EASEMENT AGREEMENT

by and between MELVIN F. SEMBLER, ALBER . DANGLEIt, FRED
A. B~:SHARA, FRED A. BESNARA, TRUSTEE under Trust Agreement
recorded in Official Records Book 226, Page 317, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and NICHOLAS
MANOS, hereinafter collectively referred to as party of
the first part, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCI-
- ATION OF BROWARD COUNTY, a corporation existing under the
laws of the United States of America, hereinafter referred
to as party of the second part.
WHEREAS party of the first part is the owner of the
property described on Exhibit 1, and
WHEkEAS party of the second part is the owner of the
property described on Exhibit 2.
Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual agree-
; ments herein contained, the parties covenant and agree,
' for themselves, and their heirs, successors and assigns

~ 1. Party of the first part and all tenants «f ~_'e

~ land described on Exhibit 1 or any part thereof, their busi-
~ ness invitees, or licensees shall have the right to use,
free ot charge, the areas which will be designated on Ex-
hibit 'L as parking areas (which expression as used herein
includes entrances, exits, driveways and walks) in common '

with party or the second part and all tenants of the pro-
~ perty described on Exhibit Z. -

~ `L. Party of the second part and all tenants of the

land described on Exhibit 'L or any part thereof, their busi-

~ ness invitees, or licensees, shall have the right to use,
