HomeMy WebLinkAbout1618 f 3. Each par.ty shall maintain and keep in good repair the parking areas a~d rights-of-way situated on its prem- ises. The parking areas and rights-of-way on both premises shall meet at equal grades and no obstructions shall be erected or permitted upon either premises which will in any way interfere with any rights gr.anted by this Agreement. 4. The easements hereby granted, and the agr.eements here~n contained, are subject and subordinate to the cove- nants, conditions, restrictions and reservations set forth in the deed by which party of the second part took title to the property described on Exhibit 2, which deed is re- corded in Official Records Book,3~1~, Page of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The easements hereby granted, and the agreements herein contained shall be covenants running with the land and shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon the parties hereto and their r.espective heirs, successors and assigns.
