and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: ~
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section
22, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, run N.00° ~7' East along East line
of said NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 800 feet; thence N 89° 49' West 39.64 feet to the
West right of way of U.S. Highway No. 1 for the point of beginning; thence
continue North 89° 49' West 150 feet; thence South 00° 07' West 150 feet;
thence S 89° 49' East 164.26 feet to the West right of way of U.S. Highway
No. 1, thence northerly along said right of way, 150.69 feet to the point
of beginning. Being Parcel III (8B) Off icial Records Book 216, page 996,
