Boccower and Lender hereby expressly adopt and incorporate by reference into this Mortgage and

Such' proviaions as are incorporated by reference hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenanta 18, 19~ 20~ 22~ and 23 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all
referenc~a to the Pcoperty~ Barower~ Lender and Note contained in the above deaaribed master form of
mortgage and incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property. Borrower, Lender
and the Note defined herein. Borrow~ acknowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions
hersby incocporated by referenoe into this Mortqage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender further coyenant and agiree
as follows:
21. Future Advances. ~ Upon request by Bon~ower, Lender, at Lender'~ option w~thin twenty years
from the date of this Mortqage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with
interest thereon, shall be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said
notes are ~ecured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mort-
gage, not includinq sums advanoed in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage. exceed
the orginal amount of the Note plus US $ 1`~`~ _
