FINAL JUDGMENT - PARCEL 112
THIS CAUSE having come on upon joint motion for the entry of
a Final Judgment made by Plaintiff and the Defendant set forth
hereinbelow, and it appearing to the Court that the parties were
authorized to~enter into such motion, and the Court finding that
the compensation to be paid by Plaintiff is full, just and reason-
able for all~parties concerned, and the Court being fully advised ~
in the premises, it is now, therefore,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Defendant, Ralph L. Fiscus, does
~
have and recover of and from Plaintiff the sum of ~15,000.00
{ (Fifteen Thousand and 00/100 Follars) in full payment for the
~ property (designated Parcel 112 herein) taken and for damages
; .
~ resulting to the remainder if less than the entire property was i
~
~ taken and for all other damages of any nature, and •it is further
ORDERED that J. Michael Brennan, Esquire, of BRENNAN AND
MUSCHOTT, shall receive the sum of s800.00 (Eight Nundred and i
00/100 Dollars) from Plaintiff as a reasonable fee for services
rendered in this cause, together with costs in the amount of None,

~ ORDERED and DIRECTED that the Clerk of this Court pay to .
whomever the Court may determine by later Order as the lawful

~ recipients the aforesaid sum of ~15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand and

00/100 Doliars), less any sums heretofore paid to the above named

Defendant, and the sum of ~800.00 (Eight Hundred and 00/100 ;I
Dollars) to the above named attorney from the monies deposited ;j
