THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the motion of the
Plaintiff for a Summary Final Judgment and the Court having reviewed
the pleadings and affidavits filed in this cause and being further

advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. Plaintiff, MAJOR EXCAVATING COMPANY, INC., is due Four

I Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Five Dollars and Seventy-Nine Cents

~ ($4,455.79) as principal, One Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Three

~ Dollars and Ninety-Two Cents ($1,363.92) as interest to date of this
judgment, Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) for title search expense, One
Hundred Seventy Dollars and Fifty-Nine Cents ($170.59) for taxes, and
Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00) for attorney's fees with Eighty-Three
Dollars ($83.00) Court costs now taxed, under the Articles Of Aqree-
ment sued in this action making a total sum of $6,698.30.
~ 2. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superior to any
claim or estate of Defendants, THOMAS F. HAYES and CAROL S. HAYES, his
~ wife, on the following described property in Saint Lucie County, Florida:
