The arantee by acceptance and recardinq of the ~larranty Deed
of conv~eyance to a condaainiwa apartment in Island 8ouee
Condaniniums, Phase Ii, ackr?vwledqee that said conveyance is
subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condaainivm
more fully deacribed in said ~a~rranty Deed, includinq the
provieions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee does hereby ratify,
confirm and approve all of said provisiona,. including the proviafons ~
of the lonq tern lease and manaqement aqreement which are exhibits
to said condaai~.niwa documents; the grantee does further hereby
ratify, confirm and apprave the acta of the officers and directors,
of Island 8ouse Owners Association. Inc. in making and enterinq
into suck lonq term lease and manaqement aqzeement. The grantee
agrees to be bound by all of.the provisiona of the Declaration
of Condwainium, the long term lease and the management agreement;
the grantee authorizes Island Houae Owners Association, Inc. to
act for him and in his name in the perfonaance of its obligations
under said long term lease and mariaqeiaent aqreement; the grantee
acknvwledqes and aqrees that all of the provisions of said documents
are reasonable, fair and equitable; and the Grantee hereby impreases
a lien ugon the condaminiwa apartment described above as security
for his obligationa, as more fully described in said Deglaration
~f Condaminium and all of its exhibits.
