SUCCESSOR PERSONAL REPRESENTATI`1E
Petitioner, AUDREY Z. HASKELL, alleges:
1. Lorin H. Garrett was the duly appointed and~qualified
personal representative under the will of Everett C. Williams, Jr.,
deceased, Amended Letters Testamentary having been issued to him
on October 5, 1971.
2. On June 1, 1979 Lorin H. Garrett died. Article 5 of
the last will of Everett C. Williams, Jr. did not provide for an
alternate or successor personal representative.
3. That decedent's only living heir at law is his mother,
Susanne McVey Williams, who resides in Barrington, Rhode Is].and,
and is the beneficiary of the earnings of this estate as long as
I she lives. Upon her death, the assets of the estate go to the

i United States Coast Guard.

~ 4. Petitioner is a resident of the State of Florida and is _
~
g familiar with these probate proceeds and.is qualified to act as
' personal representative and to assume the duties and obligations
of this office.
WHEREFORE, petitioner asks that on filing of the proper oath

and designation of resident agent, letters of administration be
granted to her as successor personal representative, to serve
~ without bond. - - ~
