PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SEIL
The Petition of RICHARD A. FLANIGAN, respectfully shaws:
1. AGNES•M. FLANIGAN died on April 6, 1979, leaving a Last Will and
Testament in which petitioner was named as Personal Representative; said
Will was duly probated on April 20, 1979, and petitioner on that date
q~alified as Personal Representative, and petitioner deemed it for the
best interest of the estate that the following described property of the
estate be sold: ~
Lot 10, Block 1, ORANGE BLOSSOM ESTATES, FIRST _
ADDITION, as per plat thereof on file in plat =
book 11, page 38, of the public records of St. 5
Lucie County, Florida.
2. It will be to the best interest of the estate to sell said property
at private sale; the petitioner has entered into a contract for sale dated - ;

April 27, 1979, with JOSEPH F. PERINO and ELSIE PERINO, his wife, for Thirty- _
Seven Thousand (~37,000.00) Dollars pursuant to the contract.

` WHEREFORE, petitioner prays that an Order allowing him to sell said property

be entered authorizing sale to be made at private sale to JOSEPN F. PERINO and
~
ELSIE PERINO, his wife, for the amount and on the terms set out herein.
