THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Stipulation
entered into between the parties wherein Defendant consents
to issuance of Final Judgment, and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff; GEORGIA PACKING
COMPANY OF FLORIDA, INC., does have, receive and recover.
