I, SOL COMISAR, of the City of Rochester, County of Monroe ~

' m ' memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last

a- Will and Testament, in manner following:

~ FIRST: I hereby revoke any and all former Wills and Codicils
by me at any time heretofore made.

° SECOND: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as practicable after my decease.
THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath to GRACE GILLIGAN, of :
Rochester, New York, all the rest, residue and remainder of the
property which I may own at the time of my death, real and
personal, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate.
FOURTH: If Che said Grace~Gilligan shall not survive me,
or if we should both die as the result of a common disaster, or

` under such circumstances that it cannot be determined which of us
I
~ survived the other, then and in that event, I give, devise and
~
~ bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my property,
both real and personal, and wheresoever situate, to ROBERTA A,
FALLETTA, of Rochester, New Yorks my daughter.
FIFTH: I nominate and appoint H. PAUL COMISAR, to be the
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and I direct that he
~ shall serve without being required to give bond or other security
~
~ for the faithful performance of his duties as such.

~ SIXTH: I give my said Executor the fullest power and authorit 3
in all matters and questions and to do all acts whi.ch I might
or could do if living, including without limitation, complete
power and authority to sell (at public or private sale, for cash
