a recovery from the insurance carrier of the deceased, resulting ~

from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in which the
deceased drove his vehicle into the potential creditor, CAROL M.
TORRES, said lawsuit having been terminated in favor of CAROL M. -
~ TORRES against the insurance carrier of the deceased, and that ~

~ the personal representative should now be discharged, it is
