Mortgaae. may make Fuhue Advanoa to Borrower. Such Future Advanca. with interat therco~, shall be sxured by this
Mortgage when evidencod by promissory notes stating that said ootes are secured hercby. At no time shall the principal
amount of the indeMode~ess secured by this Mongage, not includi~g sums advaaced in acoordanoe he~ewith to protect the
security of tbis Mortgage, excoed the ori~inal amount of the Note plus USS.
