2. That letters of administration were issued to the

SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY on April 2, 1979; but that said
letters of administration contained a typographical error. In
the body of the letters of administration the decedent's estate
was incorrectly referred to as the estate of Paul S. Kent.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner respectfully requests letters of
administration to be issued nunc pro tunc April 2, 1979 that
correctly reflect the estate. ~
