URDER ON RESPONDENT'S MOTION FOR TEI~ORARY RELIEF
This cause having come on for hearing on July 11, 1979,
upon Respondent's Motion on Hearing for Temporary Relief, and
counsel for the petitioner having moved ore tenus for a con-
tinuance of the hearing on the grounds of insufficient notice
and the Court having heard arguments of counsel for the parties
,
and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is: ;
ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1) That petitioner's Motion foz Continuance be and the
same is he~teby granted .
2) That upon stipulation of counsel petitioner shall pay
' to respondent the sum of $30.00 per week as temporary child
i
~ support, said payments to continue pending further order of this
i
Court.
3) That temporary custody of the m~nor child of the.parties
be awarded to the respondent, subject to the petitioner's rights
of reasonable visitation which shall be liberally construed.
Visitation rights shall be exercised at the residence of the res-
pondent or, upon petitioner's request, at some other location,
~ in which event respondent shall transport the child to and from
~
~ the place of visitation.
~ 4) That the Court reserves ruling on attorney's fees and ~

costs pending final ~ring in this cause. ~
