Secured Party and Debtor hereby acknowledge that the Items of Equipment described in this Schedule are upon execution
hereof covered by the Agreement and that the fotlowing is a description of said Items, the Advance Amount on account thereof,
the installment payments applicable thereto and the Equipment Location thereof.
1. Equipment Dacription: Used Storage Tanks, Vacuum System, 2" OK Pressure Transfer System,
2-Duo-Vac Receiver Groups, all as more fully detailed and described on EXHIBIT A
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
