FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the unciersigned, does promise to pay
to the order of MARTIN C. SAUNDERS, at Apt. B-107, 401 Executive
Center Drive, West Palm Beach, FL 33401
(or such other place of payment as the payee or assigns shall
hereafter designate) the sum of TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND
NO/100ths ($2,100.00) DOLLARS, with interest thereon to be computed
from the date hereof at the rate of Nine (9$) per centum per annum.
Said principal and interest shall be due and payable as follows:
In monthly installments of $250.00 each, commencing on the 29th
day of July, 19']9, and on the 29th day of each and every month
f thereafter until all sums due hereunder are fully paid and
F satisfied. All payments as made shall first be applied, to•the
payment of accrued interest and th balance thereof shall be
~ applied to the payment o~ the r der of the principal sum.
~ Prepayment of this note or ~ hereof may be made at any
~ time ~rior to maturity w' t al .
If default be made in th t of any of said installments at
the time and in the manne oresaid, and such default shall continue
for a period of thirty (30 days, (time being of the essence of
this agreement) thn, at the~option of the holder hereof, the entire
amount of said principal then remaining unpaid, with all interest
then accrued tliereon, shall become immediately due and payable
and collectible without notice or demand therefor.
If this note shall become in default and shall be placed in the
~ hands of an attorney for collection, all parties liable hereon
~ agree to pay to the holder hereof a reasonable attorney's fee for
~ the collection hereof.
~ Presentment, protest, notice of dishonor, and notice of protest ~
~ of this note are hereby waived by all parties now or hereafter
% to become liable hereon as makers, endorsers or otherwise. ~
