ORDER ~
~This cause coming on to be heard on Motion for Order of
Contempt filed by the Husband against the Wife and the Court having
heard testimony of the respective parties and argument of counsel
and being fully advised in the premises. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~''hat the Wife; MARIA CRISTINA CHIBAS, is found to be in
willful cc~_r_~empt of this Court for her failure to comply with the
terms of the Final Judgment entered by this Court on September 7,
1978 as to the visitation rights of the Husband with the minor
children.
' 2. That the Wife, MARIA CRISTINA CHIBAS, had the ability

! to and could have complied with the terms of the Final Judgment

~ entered in this Court on September 7, 1978 but willfully refused

~ to so do .
3. That as punishment for her willful contempt the Wife,
MARIA CRISTINA CHIBAS, is hereby sentenced to serve thirty (30)
full days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida.
That the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida is
directed to take MARIA CRISTINA CHIBAS into custody and incarcerate ,

her in the St. Lucie Eounty Jail for the term of thirty (30) full

k days; and all and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida are ~

~ directed to arrest the said MARIA CRISTINA CHIBAS and deliver her =
