This cause coming on to be heard on July 16, 1979 on the Wife's
Motion to Dismiss, after due notice, and the Court having heard
testimony of the Husband and his witness, and argument of counsel
for the Husband, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Wife's Motion to Dismiss be and the same is hereby
denied.
2. The Wife shall have fifteen days from the date of this
~ Order in wh~ch to file her answer or other defensive pleadings herein.
