IN RE: The Marriage Of
MICHAEL L. KING, Husband

CONNIE J. KING, Wife
ORDER
This cause came on to be heard on that.portion of the Wife's
Petition seeking temporary relief and the Court having heard testi-
mony of the respective parties and argument of counsel and being
fully advised in the premises. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That custody of the minor child, SHAWN MICHAEL KING, is
awarded to the Wife, CONNIE J. KING, granting unto the Husband,
MICHAEL L. KING, reasonable rights of visitation which shall in-
clude Wednesday evenings from 5:30 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. and on
Saturdays from 1:00 p.m. till 5:00 p.m.
' ~ 2. That the Wife shall have the exclusive use and possession

! of the mobile home located at 3200 South 7th Street, Lot 19, Fort
:
~ Pierce, Florida pending final hearing.

3. Commencing the 9th day of July 1979 the Husband, MICHAEL
~ L. KING, shall pay to the Wife, COI~iNIE J. KING, the sum of $50 each
~
and every week for the support of the minor child above named.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court

and by him remitted promptly to CONNIE J. KING. In addition there
is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory-costs to be added
~ to each a ment made to the Clerk. All
~ p y payments shall be made in
cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are

ordered to keep the Clerk of the Court advised of their mailing and ;

~ residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.

~ 4. The Court determines that the sum of $150 to be a rea-

~ sonable temporary fee for the Wife's attorney for his services herein
