ADDENDUM to mortgaqe from SHIRLEY A. HL)NTER to
( FRANZ LEHMANN, dated July 17, 1979.
.This is a purchase money second mortqage and is
inferior to a first mortgage in favor of First Federal Savings
and Loan Association of Martin County, dated May 24, 1976 and
recorded in O. R. Book 252, page 2961, St. Lucie County, Florida,
public records, which mortgaqe mortgagor has assumed and agrees
to pay according to its terms.
The mortgagor covenants and agrees to make all payments
and to perform all conditions and covenants called upon in said
' prior mortgage now encumbering the property and default shall
( constitute a default of this mortgage. In the event of said
' default in any such payment or payments, conditions, or stipula-

I! tions, the mortgagee, without waiving the option to foreclose
4~ herein reserves the right to make such payments or to perform
i~
( such conditions or stipulations so as to maintain the prior
mortgage and prevent foreclosure thereof. Any and all such sums
paid or expenses incurred upon the behalf of the mortgagor to-

~ gether with interest thereon from date of payment at the rate of
~ !i
i li interest prescribed in the note underlying this mortgage shall
~ be added to the mortgage indebtedness and be secured by this
~ ~
