SYLVESTER WILLIAMS, Husband: DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial the ~ day of July, 1979, and ~
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub-
ject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUL~GED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between DOROTHY ANN
WILLIAMS and SYLVESTER WILLIAMS be and the same is hereby dissolved
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimon}• heretofore existing between th~m and from the
' obligations arising therefrom.

R 2. RESTORATION OF NAME: DOROTHY ANN WILLIAMS be and she is
~ hereby authorized to assume her former riame of DOROTHY ANN BROWN
~
~ and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not
intervened.
DONE AND ORDERED this ~ day of July, 1979 in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
